Knicks sign Tyson Chandler, use the amnesty clause on Billups and trade Amare for Paul?

Then there is the Lakers being involved in a 3-team deal sending Pau Gasol to Houston, getting Chris Paul from New Orleans and New Orleans getting cheap contracts/picks. Then the Lakers would trade Andrew Bynum to Orlando for Dwight Howard.

Since I never cared much about the NBA and never formed any sort of attachment to the Knicks or Nets, I have taken to the Celtics since living up here the last couple years. An entertaining team with some very talented and cool/funny players. Not like I follow 'em closely or anything, or really give a shit at all, but for the purpose of forum wars, GO CELTICS!!

The Nets would be able to give more than the Lakers.
Bynum is great, but I don't know if he will ever make it through a full season. -------------------- I can come to terms with the senseless violence, I understand that bad things happen to good people and that God doesn't intercede in mortal affairs in the way we might want him to, but what I don't understand is why he dyed his hair red. Wait, so Chandler as a Knick... that gives the Knicks a pretty good lineup.
C. Chandler PF. Stoudemire SF. Anthony SG. Jones PG. Billups I guess they would have no depth though. But, a shifty signing of two could make the Knicks real players. Holy shit. If the NBA, which is running the franchise, blocks this trade and makes Demps keep Paul the Lakers and Rockets will lose their shit.

They're shedding Billups. Sadly if the league isn't going to let anyone trade for Paul, let's just give the Nets what it would take to get Williams? We can do the super friends thing too right?
