Had a 12 team keeper league draft last night. We can keep 5 guys next year who weren't draffted in the top 5 rounds.....I had the 11th pick
C- Montero(12) 1B- Howard(3) 2B- Pedroia(2) 3B- A-Rod(1) SS- Jeter(6) OF- C. Young(9), Gardner(10), Wells(14) DH- Reynolds(16) SP- Verlander(4), Weaver(5), Oswalt(7), Carpenter(8), Kennedy(17) RP- K-Rod(11), Storen(13), Walden(27) Bench- Sizemore(15), Raburn(19), Belt(22), Lowrie(23), Berkman(25), Zambrano(18), T.Wood(20), Pavano(21), C.Young(24), Richard(26) Thoughts? --------------------    |

Not a serious fantasy baseball guy, so I don't know much to critique, but I'm surprised to see Montero as your starter. Are you really that high on him? Or was it a "best value" sort of thing?

12 team Head- to - Head League, not a keeper, drafted last night. Know it's hard to judge if you don't know the other teams but:
C - Suzuki 1 - Pujols 2 - Prado 3 - Reynolds SS - Reyes OF - Upton, Wells, Tabata UT - Ian Stewart B - Austin Jackson, Infante (in yahoo he's designated 2,3,SS,OF) SP - Sabathia, Price, Liriano, Lilly RP - Valverde P - Romero, Garza, Myers, E. Santana I only have one relief pitcher, in my league the only stat that's effect by relief pitchers is saves, and it's only one stat, I sacrifice it every year. |

I took Reyes 3rd round because there's a ton of Met fans in the league. I hope I'm right in my assumption that he will play out of his mind in a contract year, or in the hopes of being traded to a contender. As for my pitching, it's my strategy whenever I get the rubber pick in a snaking draft. I picked 1st, so I get those back to back picks. Pitcher, hitter, pitcher, hitter. I love the rubber pick... Your team is pretty solid all around. I have no idea how you were able to draft that infield. |

I'm trying to secure my offense a bit by throwing in CC for someone who really wants him right now and was wondering if anyone thought Felix would be a suitable replacement and not kill the lineup for the sake of offense. |

I don't need three closers so the choice is Perez or Rodriguez with K-Rod being my choice to lose. However, I don't want to just drop him as he's too valuable. Blarg.
