Knicks are done. Baseball season is early. Dead season for football post-draft/pre-training camps. Their biggest rivals and maybe the best rivalry in hockey of the last 20 years are waiting for them in the Conference Finals, and perhaps even a NY/LA Finals beyond that. For the first time ever, the Rangers could own the city to themselves for quite a while.

The real value from my classes was the knowledge necessary to pass the certification tests and perform the job-related activities. In IT, a two-year degree with a 3.93 GPA (one goddamn B, from a professor who didn't really teach shit and then gave tests over the shit he was SUPPOSED to be teaching-- after all the complaints he got on evaluations, he has been relegated to online classes ) looks good but won't get you hired. You gotta have certs. I have all but two of the ones I set out to get, and I'm taking one of the two next week. I fully plan to have them both done before I graduate. The last one is a doozy, but I am confident I can do it in time.
