This campaign is hilarious. Devils fans can try to do this, but ultimately the vendors don't give a shit who they sell tickets to-- all they care about is selling them. Blue or red, it's all green to them :P
So unless there are enough Devils fans with deep pockets to buy up every single ticket, there is no way this will accomplish anything. Nice thought, though
