Oh man, getting out my 750 of Gouden Carolus Cuvee de Keizer Blauw sounds good. But it would be way too much, I'd be so smashed.

Belgian Strong Ale. 11% abv, and also it's tasty.

I bought two, and I think the size might help - it's a bitch to re-cork (if that's even possible), and way to strong to drink alone.

Ahh you'd be surprised actually. I have about five or so bottles on my wine rack that I am currently aging and a couple of them are a few years old. As long as they're out of visibility, you forget about them pretty quickly. It's definitely worth it too.

My wife picked up a 6-pack of DFH Raison D'etre. It's 8% which is a good thing, but it's a Belgian Dark Ale, and I'm not a fan of dark beers. I'll try it, but I don't have high expectations.

I'm not too crazy about the Raison D'etre actually. There's too much 'raisin' flavor in the finish for my taste. It's probably the only Dogfish brew I've had that I wouldn't buy again.

Picked up some DFH Punkin Ale based on what some of you said and I have to say its pretty good. Definitely hides the 7% ABV really well. Also picked up some Post Road Pumpkin Ale and some Guinness 250. This, this will be a good day.... As long as the Jets win.

I didn't realize they made a pumpkin stout. Let us know how it is. I don't like stouts, but I'm wondering in the flavor might make a difference.

BTW, I didn't even try the DFH Raison D'etre. My wife took one sip and told me that I would hate it. I trust her...she knows my taste in beers.

I had the DFH Punkin last night. At $9.99 a 4 pk I wasn't impressed. Shipyard Pumpkinhead and Post Road Pumpkin Ale are much better IMHO.

Along with the DFH Punkin tomorrow night, I'm enjoying an old favorite: Southampton Double White. I haven't seen it in a long time, to the point where I figured they just stopped making it. Can't wait!

Fine - I looked in YouTube threads and drunk threads before posting... sorry I didn't think to check Movie/TV threads...

I saw this last week on freebeerandhotwings.com and holy shit is it fantastic. I love the way he tries to get up off the floor for a good three minutes unsuccessfully; all the while making sure his super-hip and awesome goatee is straight. He's drinking Budweiser too. What a shock!

my bet is he's switching to Bud after inhaling a 750 of Jack. Holy shit that dude's got SERIOUS room-spins going on. I kept waiting for the puke part. With spins that bad, he's GOT to hurl soon. Dude was definitely bad off and heading for a head wound. Yikes!
