It could be frustrating you because you like Wright. That's why it frustrates me.

This. This is what I hate about Ollie. He was CRUISING for two innings. Struck out the side. He comes out for the third and completely falls apart. It's like two different pitchers, and you never know from one at bat to the next which one you are going to get. If you told the man to look up "consistency" in the dictionary, sometimes he would be able to find it and sometimes he wouldn't. How many years did we give this guy?

I didn't see the game, but can't either JJ Putz or K-Rod pitch more than one inning? We have the top of the order coming up in the top of the 10th and Lindstrom pitched over one inning ONCE last year before he became closer. So obviously we'd be facing someone that doesn't throw 100 MPH and isn't a closer. In that top of the order we'd have Reyes (who is always a threat), Murphy (who was 3-5) and Wright (who also had a hit), i know its all hindsight, but we send Felicano to the mound? Seriously? In a tied 4-4 ball game?
Again that was all speculation coming from looking at the box score. Feel free to tell me I'm an idiot  .
