Took the girls to see G-Force last night n 3-D. This is not a statement on the movie itself but rather about the advances in 3-D movies.

Amazing technology.Absolutely amazing Quite a difference since I saw Jaws 3 in 3D umteen years ago. Really was phenomenal. It really does seem like stuff is flying at you. Both of my girls were trying to grab objects that would appear to be right in front of you. I was so into the experience that I barely paid attention to the movie itself.

Oh - and 'Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs' looks pretty entertaining.

A couple of weeks ago we were at Madame Tussauds on Broadway and they had a short 3D cartoon on Spongebob that demonstrated the new 3D technology .It was very cool and they had effects under the seats to go along w/it. Really has come a long way.
