Fuck that squirrel. I'm trying to take a quick video, not compose a feature film. If he's so damn concerned, build a camera into my phone that shoots landscape while I hold it in portrait.
Eric
Whatever man. You have fun with your shitty video that doesn't fit any screen but your phone. God forbid you rotate your wrist 90 degrees.

Have you tried holding your wrist at a 90 degree angle for an extended time without touching your phone's touchscreen? It's stupid. And so's your dumb squirrel friend.

I do hate when people put these on youtube. It just feels like a ton of lost information.

I hope baseball revisits instant replay, but only does it with vertical videos.

Secondary response: kusand is in the second group of people.

Why not just capture the video sideways then rotate it before posting it? It's easy enough to do.

There is a dangerously low amount of Videodrome in this thread.

I believe that about every thread, long live the new flesh.

That makes me kind of nostalgic for when a TV set was really a piece of furniture. Then I remember what a piece of shit my old TV was.

It was fun to turn those dials around and around though! At least until your dad yelled at you not to break the damn thing.

Was it fun using the telegraph too?

I have this lasting memory of our family TV back in the early 60's ( I was 7) . It had a dead fly smack dab in the middle of the screen stuck between the outer glass and the television tube.

I just like that there's a framed picture of John Goodman in the background. It classes the joint up.
