How is a guy lying on the puck while killing a penalty not a delay of game penalty?

There was a little team called the Calgary Flames waiting for them in the Finals that year with such notable players as Mike Vernon, Lanny McDonald, Al MacInnis, Joe Mullen and more. The only team that was capable of beating Calgary that year was the one that did in the end.

Can't believe I get to watch this game. When I checked the tv guide yesterday, I was very disappointed that there wasn't any channel that had picked it up, so this is really great.
I might suffer a heart attack from watching it, though, but it's worth the pain if they send the Flyers packing!
