The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) fined an Orange County man $10,000 on Monday for running a pirate radio station.
Balthazard Senat was arrested in March, 2009 after agents raided his home off of Orange Blossom Trail.
The radio station would air live advertisements for gangs on 91.3, and when the FCC looked into it, it found the station was being broadcast from Senat's home.
